    At Jade Integrated Health, all of our practitioners strive to help you achieve wellness. We tailor our treatments to meet your goals and consider that our role is to educate each individual to resolve an injury or illness and empower them into self-care.

    We believe strongly in an interdisciplinary and integrated approach to achieve results. This sometimes means coordinating care with acupuncture yoga, massage, pool therapy, Chinese Herbal Medicine or seeing practitioners outside our office such as an osteopath, chiropractor, naturopathic physician or nurse practitioner. Ultimately, it is up to individual patients as to the health care path that fits their needs.

    Stay well! We offer multiple classes including yoga and Yamuna Body Rolling. Regular participation in group exercise can keep you motivated and fit. Our classes are intimate, allowing 4-5 participants, so there is plenty of individual attention. The environment is beautiful as well with large windows offering panoramic views of the Back Bay and the City of Portland skyline.
